Here are answers to your most common questions
Question 1: What is acceptable ID?
Generally we require an unexpired state ID or Passport. We can not accept IDs that are digital, photocopied or temporary. Your ID can not be damaged or have peeling laminate. If you believe you have a consular card, foreign drivers license or passport, or a military ID that you think will work it must contain a photograph, a physical description of the person, the persons signature, and a serial or identifying number. If you can not meet these requirements please call to see how we can help you using credible witnesses.
Question 2: Do you have an office location?
No, Pacific Beach Notary only offers mobile services.
Question 3: What if I don't have an acceptable ID?
Call to see if we can perform your notary using two credible witnesses. Your witnesses would need to have valid ID
Question 4: Do you perform lawyer oaths?
Yes we are happy to perform your lawyer oath and will meet you anywhere you want to celebrate your accomplishment
